*My wife was admitted in the hospital for an operation and this was my first experience with StarHealth claim and I have to tell you, the response was very quick. Insurance Mantras did all claim procedures and StarHealth team responded to the initial claim request within 2 hours and the final approval was also done within 1 hour. I have heard stories of delays in approval or the need to follow up constantly or 'you have to know some contact' to get insurance companies to respond or give quick responses. However, I did not have to do any of these things with StarHealth. Great Job, StarHealth, and Insurance Mantras. Keep up the good work!!!! Thank you!!
